Harte Hanks is fully operational around the world. Safeguarding our employees is our #1 priority, which, in turn, ensures the capability to serve our clients.
On behalf of the Harte Hanks family, we hope this note finds you as well as possible during this unprecedented global health emergency.
Around the world, individuals are doing their part by social distancing, healthcare workers and first responders are taking care of many of us, and governments are mobilizing resources to respond to this crisis. For our part, we continue in our diligent efforts to take care of our employees and to protect their health and safety—while enabling them to take care of our clients.
On an operational note, we have diligently addressed all aspects of our company’s business continuity and pandemic plans to ensure our teams around the world are functional, healthy, secure, resourced, connected and well informed.
We regularly refer to the guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on how to best contain the spread of the virus, provide a safe working environment for our employees and minimize the impact to our clients. Additionally, we have established a COVID-19 Task Force that is managing this situation, in real time, as it develops around the world.
All of Harte Hanks service lines remain operational and stand ready to continue serving our client’s needs, including:
- Print, mail and fulfillment facilities—categorized as essential operations per ad hoc government orders, all facilities continue to meet our client commitments.
- Call centers—around the world, our call centers continue to support our clients’s customers from remote locations.
- Logistics—our full complement of logistics services is managed remotely and continues to serve our clients.
- Remote-working marketing services group continues on a business-as-usual schedule.
We wish you the very best and stand ready to provide any additional information you may require.
